CURRENT LEAD TIMES:

PAINTED SIGNS & Home Decor: 2-3 Weeks {could be up to 3-4 weeks to receive your order during our busier months due to increase orders and longer ship times.}

CUSTOM FURNITURE: 8-10 Weeks

BLANKET LADDERS & GROWTH CHART RULERS: 2-3 Weeks {could be up to 3-4 weeks to receive your order during our busier months due to increase orders and longer ship times.}

HOME DECOR: 6 Weeks

Please note that every piece of wood is different and when working with natural elements and custom stains, results will not be identical with each piece. Wood is a natural product and each piece has its own character- that is the beauty of working with real wood. We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you have any concerns with your custom piece please do not hesitate to contact us.


~ LEAD TIME:

ALL orders are taken on a first come, first serve basis. It is custom, handcrafted and each piece is personally built by us (not bought wholesale elsewhere and finished by us) ... so it takes time! :)

 

Occasionally, there may be circumstances that will push the order completion time further out. For example, we work inside and outside. Our weather can and does have an affect on our production time - for both construction and finishing (i.e. rain and humidity). These adverse conditions slow down production and drying times. We are a small family business. We have exactly 2 employees- Husband + Wife team. Our family is our first priority- while we run our business with high standards of professionalism- on ocassion one of us may have a family matter that cuts our employee staff down to ONE! That could effect lead times. We take pride in our work and take time on each piece that is hand built, hand painted and hand packaged for shipping...no production line here, folks! The Lead Time given is APPROXIMATE and our best educated guess at the time of your order. There can be a window of a few weeks difference. We do everything we can to stay on our production schedule - but things just happen sometimes (usually weather) . And, we will let you know if that's the case and will keep you informed.
That being said, we work on one order at a time. Each piece is made/built by us personally and we won't let it leave "the shop" until we are satisfied it can make it's journey home in pristine condition.

 

FURNITURE CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel an order, you will be charged your deposit (50%) plus any materials that we may have purchased. If you cancel your order and it has been started, you will still be charged for the entire amount (except for shipping).

 

PAINTED SIGN AND DECOR CANCELLATIONS:

Order must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or full amount will be charged.
